Merry Christmas family and friends! We wish you could be with us. Hopefully these photos will show some of the fun that we had last night. Don't be to critical of my photography skills. I hadn't used this camera before and so I learned after the fact that you can't put your hand in front of the flash. I never thought about it, I was just having fun watching the kids. Everyone was pleasant and enjoyed their gifts.Crystal was the blessed angel this morning. I didn't have time to finish cinnamon rolls for this morning and she had coffee cakes delivered to the house so we nibbled on those and orange juice. Yeah.

Emily got a new puppy from Santa today.  He is a miniature daschund named Romeo.

 On Christmas Eve we exchanged our gifts to each other. Abigail got a red ear slider turtle and Daniel acquired an iguana. Emily had asked only for a dog (since her dog got hit by a car three weeks ago and died). She was so certain that she was going to get one. Notice her expressions from Christmas Eve (a little down around the mouth) and then again on Chirstmas morning. Jubilation. She wouldn't put him down all day.
